CATCONLA 2016 ANNOUNCED

It’s baaack! Start planning right meow and mark your calendars for some important CatConLA dates!

CatCon just announced that it will be back and even better than before! Cat enthusiasts from around the globe will descend on Los Angeles on June 25-26 at The Reef. The official presenting sponsors will be Hill’s® Science Diet® and Petco. Additionally, this year the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA) is hosting the expo’s 2,000-square-foot adoption activation village, where more than 100 cats will be available for adoption. New pet parents will receive a special gift bag with samples and coupons valued at more than $650 in savings from Petco & Hill’s® Science Diet®.

“I’m particularly excited about PURRDITATION which is going to be a booth set up like an art installation. Headphones will come out of the wall with a few purrs and sounds from celebrity cats (Lil BUB, ATCHOUM) and various other cats. The goal is to provide participants with an escape to the meditational sounds of kitties, while at the same time, read up on why cats purr and make the various sounds that they do,” remarked Susan Michals, Creator, CatConLA.

CatConLA 2016 is sure to be a really fun weekend full of feline festivities!
